UNSATISFIED
1. If you are unsatisfied with your product, I will ship out a Return label so you can mail the item back free of charge. I will also process a full refund immediately.
LATE SHIPMENT
2. If for any reason, a product is late outside of the 7-10 business days window, I will provide either store credit for the price of the product or free product that was late.
Example- 3 candles and 2 scarves ordered. 3 candles came on time but the 2 scarves came late outside the shipping time frame. You can pick 2 scarves free of charge and I will ship them out.
REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days so please allow 7-10 business days for the transactions to appear in your bank account.
EXCHANGES
All exchanges are free of charge. Please let me know and I will send a free shipping label out so you can send the product back. Once received, the new exchange will be sent out free of charge.
